I purcahsed a MS Office home and student edition which I was able to install successfully in my Laptop with windows 7.
But the problem is i can not activate the ms office because everytime I try, there is always an error message which says there is a problem with the internet connection. When I check the connection and try to open an internet explorer window and browse actovated internet, it is working.
I also tried to acivate the product through phone but it is also not working as well. I need to officd the MS Office as soon as possible. Please help me. This thread is locked.
