When I clicked on the desktop icon to install activate? I did so through the Control Panel. I clicked on the desktop icon again and this time was able to enter the product key. After waiting a while I restarted my computer and clicked on the desktop icon again, but get the message “Setup did not complete successfully. We are sorry for the inconvienence.
